Queensland Turf Research Pty Ltd, trading as Horton's Turf, is situated at Woodford near the Glasshouse Mountains. Owner-operators David and Irene Horton, with son James, bring their knowledge and twenty years experience in the turf industry, having previously established Biloela Turf Farm in Central Queensland.
As Biloela supplied 90% of the golf greens market in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, we continue that tradition with our commercial turf laying service. We grassed major golf courses such as Laguna Quays, Club Med Lindeman Island, Noosa Springs and Royal Pines, so you can be assured that your development, parks, or home lawns are in safe hands.
With our unique Stolons planter, which is capable of planting 8,000 square metres per hour, we also planted many sporting fields, parks and gardens.
